  • Technical direction of the frontend team: architecture decisions, mentoring, code reviews, hiring and technical interviews.
  • Designed and evolved a microfrontend architecture (Module Federation) and the shared design system used across products.
  • Introduced and standardized AI-augmented workflows: Claude-based tooling, project conventions (CLAUDE.md), custom skills and prompt patterns for scaffolding, refactoring and code review — raising both throughput and code consistency.
  • Hands-on across the stack when needed: WebRTC/VoIP integrations (SIP.js, Asterisk/FreePBX), CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud (Cloud Build, GKE).
